How it works Paste any text — a lecture transcript, a textbook chapter, a Wikipedia article, a PDF — into Fliply's new AI Deck Generator and it produces a structured, ready-to-study flashcard set in seconds. The AI extracts key concepts, creates question-answer pairs, and organises everything into a clean deck. You can edit any card, regenerate individual questions, or add your own cards on top of the AI-generated set. The deck is then scheduled using Fliply's spaced repetition engine exactly like any other deck you'd create manually. Quality We've tested AI deck generation across over 50 academic subjects. In our own testing, the AI-generated decks score an average 4.3/5 for quality from students — compared to 4.6/5 for manually created decks. For most subjects and use cases, that gap is meaningless.
